Hi, I’m Zoe, a 33-year-old French Product Designer based in Montreal, always excited by new challenges.
I’m passionate about human-centered design, emerging technologies, and interactive experiences. I studied Graphic Design for five years at the École nationale supérieure des arts appliqués et des métiers d’art in Paris, specializing in digital design.
I love creating and shaping web design, brand identities, strategies, and user experiences. For the past four years, I’ve worked as a web designer at the fashion brand The Kooples in Paris, collaborating with teams in Korea and the US. My experience spans user research, wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

As a Product Designer, I lead the redesign of Star Citizen’s online store, a highly strategic part of the website where design decisions directly impact business performance and the player experience.
My role is to create an intuitive and impactful user experience while collaborating closely with development and product management teams. I am responsible for user research, wireframing, prototyping, and defining design specifications to ensure smooth and successful implementation. I also contribute to story mapping, user stories, and product strategies, making sure that design decisions align with both user needs and business goals.
